said today that it will release earnings for the third quarter on Wednesday
evening, November 2. Sunoco Chairman and CEO Jack Drosdick is scheduled to be
interviewed on CNBC's "Squawk Box" on Thursday morning, November 3. The
Company will hold a conference call at the previously scheduled time on
Thursday, November 3 at 4:00 p.m. ET to discuss its third quarter 2005

beginning approximately one hour following the completion of the call. A
