Bull Run Corporation Subsidiary Creates First-Of-Its-Kind Sports Marketing Certification Program

    Subsidiary Also to Handle Breeders' Cup Radio Production and Web Site
                                Administration

    ATLANTA, Nov. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Bull Run Corporation (Nasdaq: BULL)
subsidiary, Host Communications, Inc., recently announced its plans to
collaborate with the University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business and
Economics with the introduction of a unique, three-year UK Sports Marketing
Certification Program in 2001.
    The first-of-its-kind program calls for students to obtain 72 credit hours
of instruction to earn certification, with training in marketing, sports
marketing, strategic brand management, consumer and fan behavior, sponsorship
and other related topics.  The courses will be taught at UK during one week
each May, over three years.  Host and the UK Gatton College have previously
collaborated for three years to present the UK Sports Marketing Academy.
    In other news, Host will play a key role in the 2000 Breeders' Cup on
Saturday, November 4, producing the event's first-ever live broadcast over a
nationwide radio network.  Host designed and administers the Breeders' Cup web
site (http://www.breederscup.com), which features numerous enhancements such as a
multimedia gallery, and an interactive foal nominations and eligibility
system.  Host will oversee all web maintenance and updates throughout this
Saturday's races.
