    HOUSTON, Nov. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Pennzoil-Quaker
State Company (NYSE: PZL) has declared a quarterly dividend on its common
stock of 18.75 cents per share, payable December 15, 2000, to stockholders of
record on November 30, 2000.
