Navigation Products and Automotive Alliances Drive Company's Growth Strategy
LAS VEGAS, Nov. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cobra Electronics
(Nasdaq: COBR), a leader in the two-way radio, radar detector and citizen's
band radio markets, is signaling a renewed commitment to the automotive market
with its participation in this week's SEMA Show 2003 for the first time.
SEMA, the Specialty Equipment Market Association, is the leading trade
association of the specialty automotive industry.
In the second quarter of 2004, Cobra will begin selling its new line of
easy-to-use mobile navigation systems that offer industry-first features in a
powerful portable device.

Cobra is previewing eleven 12-volt products for automotive use at SEMA
representing its mobile navigation, GPS, two-way radio, radar detector and
citizen's band radio lines. All Cobra products are designed to be easy-to-use
in order to help consumers communicate and navigate while on the go. In
addition, the products are styled to complement today's vehicle interiors and
perform well in mobile situations. Cobra will be located at the central hall,
booth #20221.
