Tyson Donates $25,000 to National Association of Black Accountants

    SPRINGDALE, Ark., Nov. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tyson Foods, Inc.
(NYSE: TSN) has donated $25,000 to support the efforts of the National
Association of Black Accountants (NABA), the company reported today.
    The money will be used to support various NABA events in 2006 at the local
and national levels, including student conferences that bring together
hundreds of minority business students.

together to produce food," said Dennis Leatherby, Tyson senior vice president,
Finance and Treasurer and Interim Chief Financial Officer.  "Our donation to
NABA provides support to an outstanding professional organization and also
gives us an opportunity to meet and recruit some outstanding minority
candidates for jobs within our company."
