Inc. (NYSE: KG) reported today that the Company will provide a live internet
webcast and conference call following King's announcement of earnings for the
third quarter ending September 30, 2005.  As previously announced, King plans
to announce earnings for the third quarter ending September 30, 2005, prior to
the market open on Wednesday, November 9, 2005.
