(Nasdaq: GSLI and TSX: GSI) announces the receipt of an order for multiple
memory repair systems from a semiconductor DRAM manufacturer in Japan. The
sale is for approximately $5.8 million (U.S. dollars). The systems will be
delivered in the fourth quarter of 2004.
GSI Lumonics is a leading supplier of memory repair systems to the
semiconductor industry. This sale is a repeat order from an established
