Electric Lightwave Continues National Expansion and Brings Fiber Optic Network
      For High-Speed Data and Internet Access to Chicago-Area Businesses

    CHICAGO, Nov. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Electric Lightwave Inc. (Nasdaq: ELIX),

announced the deployment of its high-speed data and Internet access services
to Chicago-area businesses.  Electric Lightwave delivers high-speed Internet
