PITTSBURGH, Aug. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Trumbull Corporation will make the
following restrictions to traffic this weekend as part of the reconstruction
of the Liberty Avenue on-ramp to the Fort Pitt Bridge.
On Saturday, August 14, from 6 a.m. through 10 p.m.:
-- The traffic lane connecting the Fort Duquesne Bridge to Fort Pitt
Boulevard will be closed to traffic. Motorists are advised to use
the West End Bridge to access the Parkway East. Normal traffic
patterns will resume at 10 p.m.
-- The traffic lanes connecting Fort Pitt Boulevard to the Fort Duquesne
Bridge will be restricted to one lane of traffic.
Then, beginning at 10 p.m., Saturday, August 14:
-- The traffic lanes connecting Fort Pitt Boulevard to the Fort Duquesne
Bridge will be totally closed to traffic until 6 p.m., Sunday,
August 15.
These restrictions are being made to allow for the removal of the concrete
deck of the Liberty Avenue on-ramp.
