LIBERTY, Mo., Nov. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Ferrellgas Partners, L.P.
(NYSE: FGP) today declared a first quarter cash distribution of $0.50 per
partnership common unit. The distribution is payable December 14, 2000, to
common unitholders of record as of November 30, 2000.
The distribution covers the period from August 1, 2000 to October 31,
2000, the end of the partnership's first quarter of fiscal 2001. FGP's
annualized distribution is currently $2.00 per common unit.
Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. further announced that it will be conducting a
live teleconference on the Internet discussing fiscal 2001 first quarter
earnings. The live webcast of the teleconference will be at 2 p.m. Central
Time on November 28, 2000. The webcast of the teleconference and other
