Fawcett has joined the Company as Vice President of Human Resources. As a
member of Edens & Avant's senior management team, Fawcett will serve as an
advisor and resource on all related organizational development and human
resource matters, including leading the areas of organizational planning and
development, employee relations, recruitment/retention, compensation and
benefits, HRIS, legal compliance, reporting, and various employee services.
Fawcett has 15 years experience in human resources management and
recruiting. Prior to joining Edens & Avant, she was with Wachovia Corporation
in Winston-Salem, NC. There she served as Vice President/Human Resources
Manager for the Wachovia Wealth Management group where she led HR team support
for 1,750 employees in 10 states.
A native of Naperville, IL, Fawcett is a graduate of the College of
William and Mary, Williamsburg, VA, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Economics. She is holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation
of the HR Certification Institute, and is a Certified Instructor of
Interaction Management, Development Dimensions International. She is also a
National Member of the Society for Human Resources Management, and Founding
Member of the Triad Chapter of the Society of the Alumni of the College of
William and Mary.
