Prolong Super Lubricants Launches Aggressive New TV Ad Campaign at SEMA, a Major Automotive Show

    IRVINE, Calif. and LAS VEGAS, Nov. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Prolong
Super Lubricants, Inc., operating subsidiary of Prolong International
Corporation (Amex: PRL), ( http://www.prolong.com ), a consumer products
company and manufacturer and marketer of patented consumer automotive,
commercial/industrial and household products, launched its new direct response
television advertising campaign at a special news conference in Las Vegas.
The ads will be featured on major national cable and national and regional TV
shows.
    The television advertising campaign kicked off by Bradley S. Harkless,
Vice President, Sales & Marketing, features spots on Prolong Engine Treatment,
which helps reduce friction and heat, SPL100(R), the most effective
penetrating lubricant in the world, and the Company's unique Waterless Wash &
Shine(TM), which cleans a car in minutes without water.
    "I'm not paid a penny to be here," said Johnny Rocca, the well-known pro-
modified Mercury racer who appeared at the media conference.  "I'm delighted
to tell you that these Prolong products work and work well."
    Al Unser, four time winner of the Indy 500, said he was introduced to
Prolong a number of years ago when he was asked to participate in a test in
driving a car without oil but treated with Prolong products.  "I couldn't
believe it but I drove the car without it seizing up.  I use these products in
all my vehicles."
    Linda Vaughan, the undisputed "First Lady of Motorsports," and one of the
most influential individuals in the automotive industry, and Miss Prolong,
Marnie Capurro, also participated in the launch of the new ad campaign.
