WALTHAM, Mass., Nov. 7, 2006 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon Company has
appointed a senior communications professional to the position of vice
president, Community Relations.

Kristin Hilf will lead and supervise the company's partnership programs
with local and regional communities, and will oversee Raytheon's U.S. and
international corporate contributions activities. She will report to Pamela
Wickham, the company's vice president of Corporate Affairs and
Communications. Hilf will also oversee the company's external initiative in
support of education and scholarship, including MathMovesU, Raytheon's
nationally- recognized program aimed at promoting younger students'
excitement and enthusiasm for math and sciences.
Hilf joins Raytheon from RSA Security in Bedford, MA, where she was
director of corporate communications, overseeing the company's corporate
and product brand strategy as well as managing its advertising, public
relations and sponsorship work.
Prior to joining RSA Security, Hilf held senior public relations
positions at Waggener Edstrom, where she established and managed the
agency's first Boston office, and at Citigate Cunningham in both
Massachusetts and California, where she served as president of Cunningham
Communications and supported several Fortune 500 clients.
Hilf holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of
Massachusetts at Amherst.
