FORT LEE, N.J., Nov. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Empire Resources, Inc.
(Amex: ERS) a distributor of value added, semi-finished aluminum products,
today announced, that after a year-long investigation, the U.S. International
Trade Commission ruled that imports of series 6000 plate into the United
States from Hulett Aluminium, of South Africa did not materially injure the
U.S. industry.

Aluminium on November 5, 2004, Hulett announced that they
"remained committed to the US market as responsible suppliers with a range of
quality products, supplied through their long term exclusive distributor,
