ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Nov. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CSG Systems

geographies and innovative new product offerings.

Ten years ago this month, CSG Systems completed its leveraged buyout from
First Data Corporation and spun out as a separate company initially dedicated
to serving the unique needs of the broadband, direct broadcast satellite
markets in North America with an outsourced billing and customer care
platform. CSG began trading publicly on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange in 1996
under the symbol CSGS.
In its 10-year history, CSG has not only dramatically expanded its market
share in North America, but through its acquisitions of Kenan Systems, ICMS
and Davinci Technologies has become one of the world's leading providers of
customer care and billing solutions to telecommunication service providers.
Whether it's a wireless phone call in Singapore, a broadband service in
Los Angeles, a phone call in Italy or a mobile content download in Brazil,
CSG's applications enable telecommunication service providers to accurately
bill for the services they deliver and provide the best possible customer
experience.
CSG's footprint worldwide is impressive, and the role of its solutions
within the telecommunications industry is steadily expanding. Every month,
CSG's applications process 45 billion revenue-generating telecommunications
transactions, everything from digital cable and satellite services to voice
over IP to next generation mobile content to traditional phone services.
"In its 10-year history, CSG has achieved many significant milestones that
built the company into one of the leading providers of billing and customer
care solutions in the world," said Neal Hansen, Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer, CSG Systems. "I am proud of CSG's legacy of success, commitment and
growth over the past 10 years and look to the future with optimism. I am
especially proud of our most important asset -- our employees -- and the
contributions they make every day to ensure our clients' success and the
company's success overall."

    Key highlights about CSG include:

     * CSG has grown from just 500 employees in 1994 to more than 2,500
employees today. Around the world, CSG's employees are dedicated to
the success of CSG's client base and the success of CSG Systems.
Twelve percent of these employees have served CSG for 10 years.

     * CSG is the leading provider of outsourced billing and customer care
solutions in North America. CSG's Broadband Services Division
supports nearly half of the entire broadband market, or 44 million
subscribers, on its applications. Every year, CSG's highly scalable
solutions process more than 40 billion video, DBS, high-speed Internet
transactions representing $28 billion in annual revenues.
        Additionally, CSG's print-and-mail offering distributes 612 million
statements annually, on behalf of its broadband provider customers.

     * CSG's Global Software Services business supports more than
150 customers in 40 countries worldwide. CSG's suite of Kenan
solutions alone process more than 12 billion revenue-generating
transactions every month around the world, and CSG's Kenan FX
framework of solutions is enabling the world's most innovative
operators to rapidly capture new revenue streams from next generation
telecommunication services, such as 3G and fixed-mobile convergent
        offerings.

     * In its 10-year history, CSG has emphasized its commitment to
developing industry-leading products by dedicating 10-12 percent of
annual revenues into research and development of new or enhanced
applications. Between 1994 and 2003 (the last full year of data
available), CSG invested over $350 million in research and
