Prominent French Wireline Operator Consolidates Billing Platform with the CSG

that neuf cegetel, the first largest alternative operator in France, has
chosen to consolidate all of its existing billing platforms onto the CSG Kenan
FX framework to support the needs of its residential and business customers

Under the terms of the agreement, CSG will work closely with neuf cegetel
to support the consolidation of its existing business and residential billing
platforms to the newest version of CSG Kenan(R)/BP, the flagship billing
solution within the CSG Kenan FX framework. neuf cegetel chose this strategy
to increase efficiency and operational effectiveness resulting in a lower
Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) from using a single billing and customer care
platform.
In addition, neuf cegetel will also use the Kenan FX framework to underpin
its mobile MVNO services as well as support its future roll-out strategies to
its subscribers which include innovative content services and new
communication technologies such as VoIP.
