Kaman Board of Directors Declares Dividend
 
    BLOOMFIELD, Conn., Nov. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- (Nasdaq: KAMN) The
Kaman Corporation board of directors today declared a regular quarterly
dividend of 12.5 cents per share on shares of Kaman common stock. The dividend
will be paid on January 9, 2006 to shareholders of record on December 26,
2005.
    Kaman Corp. conducts business in the aerospace, industrial distribution
and music markets.
