registered. SGS International Certification Services, Inc., one of the
world's leading international organizations in the field of inspection and
verification, conducted the certification audit of the Company's manufacturing
facility in October 1999 which measured the Company's performance ability
against the 1994 compliance Standards.
Commenting on the certification process, William Rosser, Neutral Posture
Ergonomics, Inc. Quality Assurance Manager stated, "The full impact of this
accomplishment has not been completely realized by our facility. We have a
fully implemented quality system that addresses product quality from the
vendor to the manufacturing process and finally to our customers. Our goal is
