that it has closed a third round of equity financing with existing investors
to facilitate expanded growth, bringing cumulative equity funding to
$8.5 million. The participants in the $3.0 million Series C round were all
existing Integrex shareholders. Those investors include Benaroya Capital,
Fluke Venture Partners, Harvey N. Gillis (Sunrise Capital), Cedar Grove,
Sugar Mountain, and a group of investors from Bear Stearns in San Francisco.
