PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 9, 2006 /PRNewswire/ -- CIGNA Group Insurance today
announced that Tom Mole has joined the company as Vice President for
National Account Sales. Mole has 16 years experience in employee benefits
sales, most recently as MetLife's Vice President and Market Leader
responsible for the Great Lakes Region. He will report to Gary Kirkner,
Senior Vice President, Sales and Distribution, for CIGNA Group Insurance.

    In this new role, Mole will be responsible for the overall National
Account Sales strategy both for new business and renewals for CIGNA Group
Insurance, which sells Life, Accident and Disability coverage to employers.

    In addition to his experience with MetLife, Mole has also held
positions with Standard Insurance Company and Mutual Benefit Life. He has a
B.S. in Economics from Penn State University and currently serves as
President of the Board of Directors for the Children's Museum of
Pittsburgh.
