REIT, announced today the appointment of Chandler Spears as Director of
Investor Relations and Susan Goyette as Director of Communications.
Mr. Spears is responsible for maintaining and managing the Company's
relationship with investors and analysts. Most recently a principal with SNL
Securities LC, a research and publishing firm, he also held the position of
Director of Research for SNL Securities' real estate group. Before joining
SNL, Mr. Spears worked with LendLease and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Ms. Goyette is responsible for strategic development of the Company's
corporate communications program. She will manage media relations, develop
special presentations, direct content and design of the website and annual
report. Ms. Goyette has over 14 years of experience in real estate marketing
and communications. Most recently, she was Assistant Vice President of
Communications at The Mills Corporation, a REIT based in Arlington, Va.
