BISYS(R) to Webcast Conference Call Discussing Acquisition of USA Insurance Group
   - Live Webcast to Begin at 8:30 a.m. EST on Tuesday, November 11, 2003 -

    NEW YORK, Nov. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BISYS, a leading provider of
business process outsourcing services to the financial services sector, today
announced that it will host a live Web simulcast and replay of the conference
call planned to discuss its acquisition of USA Insurance Group, a leading
managing general agency (MGA) to the commercial property and casualty (P&C)
insurance marketplace.
    The live webcast will begin at 8:30 a.m. EST on Tuesday, November 11,
2003.
    The live webcast and archived replay can be accessed on the home page or
