immediate appointment of Mr. Yujie Chen as Director.

Mr. Chen, 34, joined XPRN, a partnership of U.S.-based PR Newswire and
HK-based Xinhua Finance, in 2003 as manager of media relations and has grown
steadily in his role while overseeing the development of a proprietary network
of over 2,200 media throughout China. The company routinely sends news that
is generated each day by leading Chinese and multinational companies, their
agents, independent organizations and some government bodies.

In his new role, Mr. Chen will oversee all day-to-day sales and marketing
for the company in the Peoples' Republic of China as well as oversee all media

Prior to joining XPRN, Mr. Chen worked as a consultant with CNBC in
Shanghai and before that as project manager for DeLuxe Global Media Services
in Los Angeles. As a student at UCLA where he received an M.B.A., Mr. Chen
also worked as a summer intern with Dow Jones & Co., in New York. He
graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University in 1994 with a B.A. degree,
majoring in English.
Mr. Chen was born, raised and educated in the county of Fufeng in Shanxi
Province.
