Netoy's Independent Toy Exchange Announces Boulder Presence

BOULDER, Colo., Nov. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Independent Toy
Exchange, Inc., a newly created subsidiary of Netoy.com (Pink Sheets: NTOY),
one of the first online toy stores, announced today that it has established a
Boulder, Colorado presence to allow continued development and testing of its
planned solutions for independent toy stores.
"We are delighted to announce a presence in what we believe is one of the
best cities for early stage technology companies," said Matt Bardasian,
President of the Independent Toy Exchange's parent company, Netoy.com Corp.
"The Independent Toy Exchange has already begun to recruit professionals and a
top executive to help the company fulfill its mission of connecting
independent toy retailers to profits. While we expect the value of our
strategy and planned solutions to attract the human resources needed to
further the Independent Toy Exchange, having a dedicated usability testing
office should also help."
The Boulder presence currently consists of a small dedicated usability
testing office, with an adjacent usability observation and conference room
that is available on an as needed basis by appointment. In addition to the
usability office location, the Independent Toy Exchange has engaged ala carte
reception services and correspondence receiving at a Class A office building
within a mile of the usability office.
A brief overview of how the Independent Toy Exchange intends to restore
competitive advantage to independent toy stores is available at

    About The Independent Toy Exchange
The Independent Toy Exchange is developing a proprietary network designed
to connect small independent toy retailers to profits. By combining unique
technology solutions with like-minded store owners, the Independent Toy
Exchange aims to provide improved search results and a national footprint for
small independent toy stores. This multi-channel retail capability is being
developed to make the aggregate power of a shared network of independent
retailers more attractive to manufacturers of new toys than competing big box
outlets are -- shifting the advantage from large, powerful retailers to small,
local owned and operated stores.

    About Netoy.com Corp.
Netoy.com was one of the first online toy companies. In late 2004 Netoy
began taking steps to restructure its operations and explore new ways to
impact the toy industry. Since that time, the company has totally changed its
management team and taken many steps towards refining its business model. The
existing Netoy.com retail site, which has allowed the company to experiment
with new ways of generating traffic efficiently, currently carries a variety
of preschool toys and preschool activities.
