BRYAN, Texas, Nov. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Neutral Posture Ergonomics, Inc.
(Nasdaq: NTRL) today announces the premier of their ergonomic chairs on the
ABC Good Morning America morning news show, Friday November 12, 1999. A
special segment on the show will explore the increasing concern of cumulative
stress injuries (CSI's) to children using non-ergonomic computer workstations.
Specializing in ergonomic education for children, Don Duskey, CEO of the
IP Group, Santa Ana, California is providing the expert counsel to identify
the leading causes of CSI's to children and to recommend ergonomically
appropriate solutions for their computing environment. A critical component
of the ideal workstations will include the Neutral Posture(R) 8500Q and 5500Q
chair models. The IP Group representatives appearing as technical experts on
the show will highlight the benefits of Neutral Posture(R) seating to support
the natural and most desired posture of children.
Rebecca Boenigk, Chief Executive Officer of Neutral Posture Ergonomics,
Inc. expressed her excitement with the opportunity to meet the changing needs
of the marketplace. Mrs. Boenigk says, "Our chairs are designed to reduce the
risks of trauma and injury to everyone required to sit, whether for work or
enjoyment. With our lifestyle changes bringing us in front of the computer
more and more, it's only obvious that our children will require the same type
of ergonomic solutions to meet their needs as well."
The special ergonomic segment will air on Friday, November 12, 1999, on
ABC Good Morning America between 7 and 9 am, Eastern Standard Time.
Neutral Posture Ergonomics, Inc. manufactures, markets and distributes
ergonomic products. Neutral Posture Ergonomics, Inc. is a certified Women
