LIBERTY, Mo., Nov. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ferrellgas Partners, L.P.
(NYSE: FGP), one of the nation's largest propane retailers, announced today
the acquisitions of Northstar Propane of Reno, Nevada, and the Des Moines,
Iowa branch of Cenex Propane Partners.
The acquisitions bring Ferrellgas approximately 1,700 customers and add
more than 2.1 million gallons to the company's annual retail sales. The
acquisitions represent Ferrellgas' 57th and 58th, respectively, since becoming
a publicly traded company in 1994.
