ATLANTA, Nov. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy LLP
announced today that Daniel C. Deckbar has joined the Firm. Mr. Deckbar joins
the Firm's Product Liability, Environmental and Personal Injury practice. He
was most recently a Managing Attorney at Rollins, Inc. in Atlanta were he was
responsible for litigation matters involving the Company and its Orkin, Inc.
subsidiary's 400 branch locations.
Armin G. Brecher, Chair of the Firm's Board of Partners and the Executive

Mr. Deckbar began his practice in Nashville, TN in 1987 after earning his
J.D. from the University of Memphis. He focuses his practice in litigation,
arbitrations, mediations and before administrative and regulatory boards. He
graduated with a B.A. in Communication from Vanderbilt University in 1984. He
is a member of the Tennessee Bar. As in-house counsel, Dan has been a pioneer
in the creation and oversight of national and regional counsel programs to
handle complex litigation.
