Ladish Co., Inc. (Nasdaq: LDSH) (http://www.ladishco.com) announced today that
at the opening of business on Thursday, November 14, 2002 the Company's symbol
will be changed from LDSHE to LDSH. The return to the symbol LDSH occurred as
a result of the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel determining that Ladish is
in compliance with all listing standards.

President & CEO. "Now that Ladish has demonstrated it is in compliance with
all of NASDAQ's listing requirements our stock can resume trading under our
original ticker symbol 'LDSH'."
