PITTSBURGH, Nov. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Westinghouse Electric Company
subsidiary PCI Energy Services today announced the appointment of Bruce
Newton as vice president, Welding Technology and Programs, effective
immediately.

Previously Mr. Newton was director of Welding Engineering and
Technology Development for PCI. Under his new position, the subsidiary's
welding engineering, quality assurance/quality control, and technology
development activities will be integrated. "This will enable us to continue
to improve our efficiency and to further ensure that our operational and
delivery models match our customers' needs," said PCI President Jimmy
Morgan.
PCI Energy Services, wholly owned by Westinghouse Electric Company and
headquartered in Lake Bluff, Ill., specializes in field welding and
machining services. PCI also provides related services including laser
metrology, tool design and manufacturing, and quality assurance/quality
control. PCI serves industrial customers in the power, oil and gas, pulp
and paper and petrochemical industries.
