CSG Systems to Support Convergent Broadband Services for EastLink

           Top Canadian Video, Voice and Data Provider Taps CSG for
                          Billing and Customer Care

    ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Nov 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CSG Systems

solutions, today announced that EastLink, the fifth largest cable company in
Canada, has selected CSG's Advanced Convergent Platform (ACP) to support the
billing and customer care needs of its 240,000 subscribers.

    EastLink provides a range of communication, entertainment and advertising
services to business and residential customers across Nova Scotia and Prince
Edward Island and was the first cable company in Canada to offer customers
local telephone service over a world-class digital network.
    Under the terms of the 10-year agreement, CSG will provide billing and
customer care service to EastLink's video, high-speed data and voice
subscribers using a variety of solutions, including CSG's core billing and
customer care platform, ACP; CSG Care Express to enable customers to view
statements, pay bills and manage accounts online; Customer Interaction
Tracking; CSG Vantage reporting and other customer care tools.
    Together, these solutions enable broadband operators to effectively manage
each customer's account across all the services they use from a single
platform; a critical capability for operators to deliver excellent customer
care to bundled services subscribers.
    In addition, EastLink will use CSG's statement printing and mailing
services, becoming CSG's first Canadian-based print and mail customer.
