KENT, Wash., Nov. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Flow International
Corporation (Nasdaq: FLOW), the world's leading developer and manufacturer

around the world, held its annual meeting in Seattle. Kathy Munro, Flow's
Chairman of the Board, conducted the meeting, and Charley Brown, Flow's
President and Chief Executive Officer, offered a presentation and answered
questions from shareholders.
At the meeting all four directors nominated by the Company's Board of
Directors were elected. In addition, the appointment of Deloitte & Touche
LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the
fiscal year ending April 30, 2008 was ratified.
