CARLSBAD, Calif., Nov. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- RWR Homes, Inc. has announced
plans to help San Diego County families impacted by the recent wildfires.
Using all resources available, the RWR team is helping families who have
lost their homes by offering a rebuild program and buyer incentives at two
RWR communities.
"We at RWR Homes are deeply saddened by the destructive fires that have
affected many families throughout San Diego County," said Bill Rheinschild
President and CEO of RWR Homes. "We want to do our part to help them
rebuild their lives during this difficult time."
For families returning to their fire-damaged homes, it will undoubtedly
be an emotional experience. But RWR Homes wants to give these families an
opportunity to build a safer, stronger and smarter home, says Rheinschild.
"A new home incorporates the newest developments in construction,
energy efficiency and technology, as well as fire resistant materials," he
added.
Wildfires have scorched more than 487,000 acres and destroyed at least
1,800 homes across San Diego County.
"When we are faced with such widespread devastation, it is imperative
that we pull together as a community and help those who are in need," said
Don MacLean, Vice President of Operations for RWR Homes. "I am proud to
offer our expertise in the building industry and extend special incentives
to help families get their lives back on track as quickly as possible."
The buyer incentive program includes:
-- Up to 6 Months Deferred Payment and A Rate Buy-Down Through
Countrywide Home Loans
-- $25,000 Design Center Furniture Package
-- Up to $4,500 Towards Monthly Temporary Housing Expenses
-- Lease-To-Own Options
These incentives are available at two RWR communities in San Diego
County: Emerald Pointe Estates in Carlsbad and Rancho Vallecito in Valley
Center. Emerald Pointe Estates offers homes with 3,777 to 4,708 square
feet. Rancho Vallecito offers estate homes with 3,460 to 4,144 square feet.
Both offer immediate move-in homes.
