Certification. This is an updated edition of the familiar international
standard on Environmental Management Systems, developed by the International
Organization for Standardization (ISO). The scope of the registration is:
"The environmental management system of Sipex Corporation, associated with the
design, manufacture and distribution of analog semiconductors at Milpitas,
CA."
The environmental management system registration is included in
Underwriters Laboratory Directory of Registered Firms. By issuance of the
certificate, Sipex represents that it will maintain its registration in
accordance with the applicable requirements.
