Reno Air Announces Pre-Holiday Sale

    RENO, Nev., Nov. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Reno Air, Inc.
(Nasdaq: RENO; PCX: RNO) announced special fares for pre-holiday travel
discounted up to 20 percent off our fares in select markets. For example, a
ticket between Oklahoma City and San Diego was $119, now it is $95. San Jose
to Albuquerque was $98 and now is only $78. Tucson to Reno before the sale was
$78 and is now just $62.
    These low, low fares are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays
between Nov. 18, 1997 and Dec. 17, 1997. Tickets must be purchased before
Dec. 2, 1997. Seats at these special prices are not available
Nov. 25-26, 1997.
    "With fares this low, travelers who were planning to fly to just one
location over the holidays can now afford to take an additional vacation
before the end of the year," said Steve Sarner, Vice President of Marketing
and Sales.
    The following are just a few of the one-way, pre-holiday bargains:

    These fares require a 3-day advance purchase and tickets must be purchased
within 24-hours of making the reservation. Once purchased, tickets are
changeable for a $35 fee but are nonrefundable. Seats are limited. Airport
passenger facility charges of $3-$12 and segment fees of $1-$5 are not
included.
    Reno Air serves 24 cities with 208 peak daily scheduled departures. The
carrier's fleet of 30 MD-80 and MD-90 series jets has an average age of less
than seven years, one of the youngest all-jet fleets in the industry. Reno Air
offers everyday low fares, advance seat assignments, domestic and
international frequent flier programs, a spacious first class cabin, "EZtrip"
ticketless travel and full participation in all major computer reservation
systems.
