Ranks 205 overall in Deloitte & Touche's 'Technology Fast 500' Program
VANCOUVER, Wash., Nov. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Electric Lightwave, Inc.
(Nasdaq: ELIX) triumphs in Deloitte & Touche's prestigious "Technology Fast
500" Program, ranking 205 overall among the fastest growing technology
companies in the U.S based on five-year percentage revenue growth from 1993 to
1997.

devote a high percentage of effort to research and development of technology.
