Simpson Industries, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend
 
    PLYMOUTH, Mich., Nov. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Simpson Industries, Inc.
(Nasdaq: SMPS) announces that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly
dividend in the amount of $.10 per share.  The dividend is payable December
16, 1999 to shareholders of record on December 2, 1999.
