    NEW YORK, Nov. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TD Waterhouse USA today
announced the unveiling of its newest locations in Owings Mills, MD and San
Rafael, CA. The firm recently completed a detailed analysis of its nationwide
branch network. Based on this assessment, these areas were selected due to
their high concentration of TD Waterhouse customers and prospects.

    The new locations are part of an ongoing strategic realignment taking
place over the next year. TD Waterhouse USA plans to open branches in
Burlington, MA, San Diego, CA and in the New York metro area during the first
half of 2005.
    Customers who visit the new branches can meet with TD Waterhouse's
professional Investment Consultants for responsive service and solutions
geared to help investors meet their goals. For customers seeking full-service
investment advice, TD Waterhouse provides a free referral to an independent
financial advisor through its AdvisorDirect program.
    To celebrate the grand openings, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday,
November 18th, customers and prospects visiting the Owings Mills, MD branch
can enter for a chance to win a 2005 Acura RSX pre-paid 2-year lease and see
the live drawing.  On November 19th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., customers and
prospects visiting the San Rafael, CA branch can enter for a chance to win a

Sweepstakes entries will be available in the Baltimore branch only up through
11/17/04 and will be available in San Francisco Bay area branches only up
through 11/18/04. Additionally, on both grand opening days, the first 75
