biomedical imaging technology company announced today it has been selected by
CIRS, Inc. to develop customized hardware platforms for use in biomodeling and
other bioimaging environments. Through a strategic partnership, the two
companies are working together to develop advanced 64-bit based systems to
handle the computational and visually demanding requirements inherent in
biomodeling.

Under the partnership agreement, Insight Sciences will provide CIRS with
the latest in hardware and software technology for benchmarking, and product
evaluation. CIRS will act as a beta test site and center of excellence for
