Inc. (Nasdaq: TGIC) announced that its subsidiary, Triad Guaranty Insurance
Corporation, has promoted Kenneth C. Foster to Executive Vice President,
Structured Transactions and Business Development, effective immediately.

Mr. Foster was most recently Senior Vice President, Product & Business
Development and General Manager Structured Transactions since April 2006.
Mr. Foster was Senior Vice President, Risk Management from May 2002 to
March 2006 and from June 2001 to April 2002 he was Senior Vice President,
Product Development. Prior to joining Triad, Mr. Foster was a Principal of
Applied Mortgage Solutions from 1994 to 2001. Previously Mr. Foster was
employed by MGIC from 1980 to 1994, serving lastly as Vice President,
Business/Information Development. Mr. Foster has been associated with Triad
for 11 years and in the insurance/mortgage industry for over 30 years.
