LIBERTY, Mo., Nov. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ferrellgas Partners, L.P.
(NYSE: FGP) declared a first quarter cash distribution of $0.50 per
partnership common unit. The distribution is payable December 13, 2002, to
common unitholders of record as of November 29, 2002.
The distribution covers the period from August 1, 2002, to October 31,
2002, the end of the partnership's first quarter of fiscal year 2003.
Ferrellgas' annualized distribution is currently $2.00 per common unit.
Ferrellgas Partners, L.P., through its operating partnership, Ferrellgas,
L.P., is one of the largest retail marketers of propane in the United States,
with more than 1 million customers in 45 states and annual sales approaching 1
billion gallons. Ferrellgas employees indirectly own more than 17 million
