Admiration Builders and the New Urban Guild out of Miami, FL has signed a
contract to build the Katrina Cottage VI as a prototype for the Gulf Coast
region. "We are all excited to begin working on the Katrina Cottage for the
Guild," says John Carricarte, Director of Design at Admiration Builders.
"This 619 Sq. Ft. 1 bedroom 1 bath was designed by Geoffrey Mouen and we
hope to have the prototype ready in January." The Katrina cottage has been
designed to be expanded to the rear or left side and has 9' ceilings and
sleeps 4 in bunks or 2 in twin beds.
"We feel this is a great niche, and we can provide a highly detailed
