BestNet Communications Signs Agreement With CSC Telecom for Distribution of BestNetCall

    TUCSON, Ariz., Nov. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- BestNet Communications Corp.
(OTC Bulletin Board: BESC) announced today that it has signed a distribution
agreement with CSC Telecom to support the worldwide distribution of
BestNetCall, the industry's first Internet-based long distance service that
combines global Internet access and control with the Public Switched Telephone
Network (PSTN).

distribution of our Internet-based telephony product, BestNetCall," said Gerry

    Under the agreement, CSC Telecom will use BestNetCall as a new service to
provide international long distance calling to its customers.  BestNetCall
will be marketed to CSC Telecom's customers through its sales force in the
Baltic States, Ukraine, Russia and Belarus.
