PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Radian Group Inc.
(NYSE: RDN), a global credit risk management company, today announced the
promotion of Robert E. Croner to Executive Vice President, Human Resources.
In this role, Mr. Croner will continue to oversee all functions within the
Human Resources Department, including recruitment, compensation and
benefits, and HR Learning and Development, as well as direct the company's
human resources programs and activities. Mr. Croner will also continue in
his important role as liaison to the Compensation Committee of Radian's
board.
Mr. Croner most recently served as Senior Vice President, Human
Resources. He joined Radian in February of 2004, and his career in human
resources management spans more than 20 years.
Mr. Croner holds a bachelor's degree in political science from
Gettysburg College and a master's degree in human resource management from
Widener University.
