HealthCare announced today that Sam Srivastava will join the company as the
president of its Senior Segment, where he will be responsible for products
and services for this growing segment of the population.

Srivastava has nearly 15 years of experience in this field, including

topics. In addition, he has held leadership positions at United Healthcare,
Ovations, Health Net and Americhoice.
Srivastava holds a B.A. from Kent State University in Kent, OH, and he
has done graduate work at Yale University.
