INDIANAPOLIS, Nov. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Banc One Mortgage Corporation has
appointed John C. Douglas a Senior Vice President and National Wholesale
Lending Manager for Banc One Mortgage Corporation, it was announced by Jeff
Gaia, Banc One Mortgage Corporation's Chief Executive Officer.
    Douglas brings to Banc One extensive background in wholesale lending,
including sales and operations positions with Citicorp Mortgage and Prudential
Home Mortgage.  Prior to joining Banc One Mortgage, Douglas was Vice President
and Sales Manager with Citicorp Mortgage, Inc. since 1995.  He had been with
The Prudential Home Mortgage Company from 1988 until 1995, where he was
Regional Vice President with the Financial Markets Group. From 1977 until
1988, he was with Citicorp/Citibank where he was Vice President and State
Sales Manager and prior to that, was a Market Manager.
    Douglas holds a bachelor of arts degree in mass communications from the
University of South Florida.  Douglas will report to Donald K. Erling, former
wholesale lending manager and National Sales Manager for Banc One Mortgage.
