CHELMSFORD, MA UNITED STATES
Unique combination of workflow orchestration, reporting, and advanced thin
client-based visualization provides significant benefits across the entire
                           healthcare enterprise

CARLSBAD, Calif., Nov. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Visage Imaging,
Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercury Computer Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:
MRCY), and Nuance's Dictaphone Healthcare Solutions Division, announced a
relationship in which Visage will integrate Commissure RadWhere(TM) for
Radiology and Visage(TM) solutions to help drive optimized diagnostic
workflow across the healthcare enterprise.

Dictaphone's Commissure RadWhere(TM) for Radiology application will be
integrated with Visage PACS and Visage CS to provide a streamlined solution
for speech-driven clinical documentation and enterprise-wide advanced
visualization. Visage's web and thin-client technologies make it easy to
deploy this integrated solution across the entire hospital enterprise,
independent of physical location, existing workstation equipment, or other
factors that typically limit the scope of existing infrastructures. The
optimized workflow, combined with easy server-based deployment, helps
healthcare organizations to significantly speed report turnaround time,
reduce costs, and improve quality of care.

"Multi-site healthcare facilities that have disparate RIS, PACS, and 3D
applications running are demanding solutions to bridge the gap between
systems and help streamline workflow," said Michael Mardini,
Vice-President, Medical Imaging, Dictaphone Healthcare Solutions. "By
integrating our respective applications, we are providing radiologists the
control they need via a single bi-directional interface to create a more
seamless diagnostic workflow, drive productivity and fully utilize their
medical imaging IT infrastructure."

In addition to launching images for interpretation, the speech-driven
reporting software can be launched directly from within the Visage PACS
worklist or viewers. Regardless of its imaging and health information
configuration, healthcare facilities can greatly enhance clinical processes
through the use of a powerful data-driven, structured speech reporting
application in combination with thin client-enabled PACS.

"We are very excited about the opportunities of our partnership with
the Dictaphone Healthcare Solutions Division," said Marcelo Lima, President
of Visage Imaging, Inc. "Dictaphone's speech-enabled, workflow
orchestration and documentation solutions will help to integrate Visage's
PACS and advanced visualization solutions more deeply and seamlessly in
many cases, thus offering significantly improved reporting tools. Both
Commissure RadWhere(TM) for Radiology and Visage have been designed to
improve the enterprise-wide diagnostic workflow, and thus form a perfect
match."
