DENVER and REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Nov. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- RMI.NET, Inc.
(Nasdaq: RMII), a national e-business and convergent communications company,

RMI.NET, through a licensing agreement, will offer NetObjects' Sitematic
entry-level e-commerce packages under the RMI.NET's e-SELL(R) brand. e-SELL
allows small business and home office customers to set up a web store,
maintain its content and conduct transactions over the Internet. By managing
these functions, customers are able to greatly lower their cost for an
e-commerce site, while keeping it fresh with new content, products and
promotions.
"This is an excellent arrangement for RMI.NET. It enables us to offer a
new web site service, complete with e-commerce capabilities, that is low cost,
and quick and easy to set-up," said Douglas H. Hanson, chairman and chief
executive officer for RMI.NET. "This will allow our customers to get online
selling their products and services within a matter of hours.
"With the holiday here and estimates that this will be a record year for
Internet sales, we want to help our small business customers establish an
online store, so they too can benefit from this explosion in Internet sales,"
Hanson added.
"This alliance illustrates the commitment that RMI.NET and NetObjects have
to ensuring the success of small business customers," said Steve Mitgang,
executive vice president of small business and corporate marketing for
NetObjects. "With its focus on providing e-business applications, high-speed
Internet access and web solutions to small anum-sized businesses
nationwide, RMI.NET represents a substantial distribution channel for
NetObjects online e-commerce platform and technology."
RMI.NET will offer multiple packages under its new e-SELL Entre and e-SELL
Small Business Solution (SBS) brand, which are targeted for very small
businesses with up to 20 employees. Monthly packages start at $49 and will
include a one-time set up fee and nominal monthly charges.
RMI.NET's current e-SELL package has been renamed e-SELL Custom Business
Solution (CBS) 2.2. It will remain at its current price structure, and
includes a one-time setup and monthly fee. The e-SELL CBS is targeted for
businesses of 20-100 employees.
