RMI.NET, INCC Merger to Close Today

           Newly-Created Internet Commerce & Communications, Inc.,
                          To Trade Under ICCX Symbol

    DENVER, Nov 29 /PRNewswire/ -- RMI.NET, Inc. (Nasdaq: RMII), and Internet
Communications Corporation (Nasdaq: INCC) shareholders yesterday approved the
two companies' merger into a new company named Internet Commerce &
Communications, Inc.  The companies intend to close the transaction today.

    Internet Commerce & Communications will trade under the new ticker symbol
ICCX beginning on Thursday, Nov. 30, 2000.  The RMII and INCC ticker symbols
will cease to be used.

Communications reflects our expertise precisely, and our name change is timed
perfectly to begin the first month in which we expect to be EBITDA neutral.

to the market as we complete the integration of our two companies."
    Holders of RMI.NET and Rocky Mountain Internet stock certificates need
take no action as a result of the ticker symbol and name change.  INCC
shareholders, and all new purchasers of ICCX stock, will receive certificates
under the new corporate name.
