Analysis of Cable, Telephony and Internet Services

(Nasdaq: REDB) today announced a strategic partnership with CableData Inc. to
deliver customer care and billing data warehousing solutions powered by Red
Brick DecisionScape(SM) products, including Red Brick Formation(TM) and Red
Brick Warehouse. CableData, a leading provider of customer management and
billing systems to the global communications and utilities industries chose
Red Brick products to increase performance and scalability in the analysis of
cable, telephony and internet services data.
CableData's StarGate(TM) data warehousing solution will incorporate Red
Brick products to power quick, efficient responses to queries in areas such as
customer relationship management, targeted revenue campaigns and customer
loyalty programs. Red Brick Formation, Red Brick's new data extraction tool,
will provide data transformation and movement functionality in CableData's
StarGate solutions.
