American Chartered Bank Appoints Kent Scharringhausen To Senior Vice President - Cash Management Sales and Product Development

    SCHAUMBURG, Ill., Nov. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- American Chartered Bank (ACB),
one of Chicagoland's largest independently owned commercial banks, today
announced the appointment of Kent Scharringhausen as Senior Vice President for
Cash Management Sales and Product Development.
    Mr. Scharringhausen, 40, will be responsible for developing and marketing
cash management solutions to corporate customers.
    Previously, Scharringhausen was Vice President -- North American Cash
Management at Harris Bank, where he worked for 18 years.
    According to American Chartered Bank President Dan Miller, "We believe

will enhance the quality and value-added service we provide to customers as a
premier middle-market bank."
    Scharringhausen currently resides with his wife and child in Roselle, Ill.
He holds a B.S. from Indiana University and a M.B.A. from Roosevelt
University.
